UK ANPR (automatic number plate reader). Automatically reads European style license plates on the iPhone or iPad, no information is sent to the internet so no data connection is needed. Plates are saved in a autoList.csv file that you can read and edit via file in finder. The app will also scan and record all license plates from a stream of passing cars. You can manually set the camera ISO, shutter-speed and focus to cope with faster moving vehicles. This data is stored in a file called autoList.csv and this can be used in point to point speed analysis. All images are processed on the device, nothing is transmitted to the internet.
