To ensure accurate HRV measurement, this app works only with tested Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate monitors—such as chest straps, supported handhelds, or patches. Wrist-worn devices, including Apple Watch, are not supported for HRV due to accuracy limitations.
